Grand Opening Celebration: Homeless Action Center Brings Legal Aid to SVDP’s Downtown Campus In December, Berkeley-based Homeless Action Center (HAC) will expand by opening a second site. In fact, HAC will be opening its new site at St. Vincent de Paul’s Downtown Oakland Services Center!

Located on San Pablo Avenue at West Grand Avenue, this facility currently houses St. Vincent de Paul’s Free Dining Room, Visitation Center, Champion Guidance Center, a medical clinic and more. The collaboration with HAC will bring much-needed legal services to homeless and very low-income people in the downtown Oakland area.

Please join us for a celebratory grand opening event to welcome HAC. The event will feature music, food, a silent auction, raffle prizes and speakers. All are invited to attend!
