Shopping

Income from sales help support our special projects such as the Free Dining Room, Visitation Center for Women and Children and Champion Guidance Center for Men in West Oakland.

Shopping

St. Vincent de Paul of Alameda County operates four thrift stores and an auto donations program. Proceeds are used to support our social services programs, which include the Free Dining Room, Food Locker, Champion Guidance Center and Visitation Center.

Thrift Stores

In the early 1900’s, St. Vincent de Paul (SVdP) began operating thrift stores. Decades later, we continue this tradition to provide affordable and shopping options for our customers. Our thrift stores feature gently used clothing, furniture, books, toys and household goods. Come shop for bargains or one-of-a-kind items!

Auto Sales

St. Vincent de Paul operates a used vehicle lot that sells cars, motorcycles and RV’s. Our inventory ranges interesting restoration projects to very nice vehicles!

Bulk Sales

SVdP sells bulk quantities of sorted and unsorted clothing and miscellaneous goods, as well as bales of used clothing, shoes and books. Please click here for a bulk purchase price list. For more information, call Ray Carney at 510-636-4254.

Non-Profit Voucher Program

SVdP offers nonprofit organizations the opportunity to participate in our voucher program, enabling groups to purchase goods from our thrift stores at a 40% discount. This is a great way for services organizations to assist program participants in meeting their household needs at reduced process. Please click here for more information on SVdP’s voucher program, or call Lola Sutton at 510-636-4244
